You can ask for a refund unless I didn't start with the lineart. If I started the lineart, you can still ask for a refund, but it must be agreed upon since I started the work.

The sketch of the commission will be sent so as to tell me if you want changes, after I have finished the lineart you will no longer be able to request changes.

to start the commission, I must receive a clear reference of the character (character reference sheet, a flat color fullbody drawing, a clean colored sketch), or else I may not get all the details of the character or the colors right, also please provide an idea of the illustration you would like me to do, the more details I get the more it will be accurate, I'd love to know more about your character so that I can make it perfect for you.

all the rights to the illustration belong to me and as the artist, I can repost it as I please. As the commissioner (or owner of the oc drawn, in case of a gift) you have the right to repost it on any social media with credit, if my watermark isn't visible, please credit me in the description or comments of the post were you are reposting my drawing, tags are welcome. You may also use it as you prefer as long it's for personal use and not commercial! Pfp, pins, t-shits, posters, do what you please unless you are selling it.

You have the right to do anything you like to the custom you commissioned, redesign it, sell it, trade it, gift it as long it stays on toyhouse and If you want to resell the custom, you cannot sell it for a higher price than its purchase unless it has drawings, animations, etc.

If you remove my watermark, copy/trace, or steal my drawings/characters you will be instantly blacklisted.

Of course, blacklisted people can't commission me, have the art of made by me, have my adopts, basically nothing from me.
